The Gallaghers are still fighting and are getting worse.
Liam and Noel the Gallagher brothers’ and founders of the mystic, brilliant, amazing, gorgeous band OASIS are still complaining at each other and since 2010 we are still talking about them, are we tired of it? -I don’t think so, for more than a decade now in 2022 the people are still asking for a reunit but the Manchester brother are thinking different the hate is getting bigger and bigger and when an interview came out we are just waiting for that awkward questions about they are planning get back soon and give us a new album, gig or something…
Early this week we heard about a new Documentary about Knebworth which will be called ‘The Knebworth 22’ for those who aren’t familiar with this name well Knebworth is a place at the north side of London which hosted gigs in the past during the 70s 80s and 90s we can’t talk about this magic place now which should be in our bucket list but we will talk about how the OASIS members the Gallagher brothers both Pauls and Alan White did history in this place in 1996 hosting more than 250 people in two crazy night and having more than 2 million people applied to get tickets for the concert and making it the most demanded gig in the UK history OASIS has it with only 3 albums in their history. The OASIS Knebworth 2021 film which we enjoyed last year and still fresh in our memories also was one of the most viewed in the world. This 2022 Liam Gallagher who has 3 solo albums returned to Knebworth and after 26 years of those OASIS nights he held another two great days of music with a limited line up but enough to host 100 people each day.
-Knebworth 22- will be released in cinemas worldwide on November 17, “I’m still in shock that I got to play Knebworth two nights, 26 years after I played it with Oasis,” Liam said in a statement about the film. “I’m still trying to get my head around it. To have played to multiple generations at the same venue so many years apart was beyond Biblical. I’m so glad that we documented it”.
A fan on Twitter asked him earlier this morning (October 19) whether –Knebworth 22- will have any OASIS music, Liam claimed that his “angry squirt” brother Noel had blocked him from using them in the film.
“No OASIS songs as the angry squirt has blocked them,” he replied. “(Noel) also blocked the OASIS (song) I sang for Taylor Hawkins tribute. He’s a horrible little man.”
Finally we just need to wait a couple weeks to be ready for and grab some popcorn and of course a CERVEZA (Beer) to enjoy the Film. check your local cinema program and catch it.
