Rock for People is a renowned Czech music festival that has been a staple in the European rock scene since its inception in 1995. Held annually in Hradec Králové, the festival has grown from a small gathering to one of Central Europe’s most significant open-air music events.

Hradec Králové, Czech Republic this town in the Bohemia area is one of the most beautiful and natural places in the amazing Czechia, Hradec Králové (in english the King’s Castle) host every year one of the biggest and crazy amazing music festivals in the country, Rock for People, is back finally to Hradec Králové for four days full of Rock, Indie Rock, Metal music, HipHop, folk and more.

This new editions of 2025-Rock for People festival is having more than 80 act’s, some international big names and some national bands from Czech and Slovakian republic the southern Sister among them some of the biggest bands of recent years like Guns N’ Roses, Linkin Park, IDLES, SLIPKNOT, Awolnation, In Flames, Circa Waves, Fontaines D.C and too many more. Since 2009 the festival began to grow desperately. The increase in the size of the festival was notorious from 2 days adding the 3rd one, the 4th by 2010 and 2025 the 5th day, the best part of this is the organizers remains committed to being environmentally friendly, more than 10 years the festival has collected, sorted and recycled as much waste generated during the festival as possible.

Bands to Watch at @RockforPeople 2025:

• Guns N’ Roses: Iconic rock legends known for their electrifying performances, powerful guitar solos, and classic hits like Sweet Child O’ Mine and November Rain. They will be headlining the festival’s final day.

• In Flames: Swedish metal veterans who pioneered melodic death metal, set to perform iconic songs like Only for the Weak and Cloud Connected.

• Fontaines D.C.: Irish post-punk sensation blending gritty storytelling with gothic and industrial elements, delivering powerful performances of Boys in the Better Land and I Love You.

• Sigrid: Norwegian pop sensation bringing her uplifting and empowering anthems like Strangers and Don’t Feel Like Crying, adding a diverse touch to the lineup.

• Awolnation: Known for their genre-blending rock and electronic sounds, delivering hits such as Sail and Run.

• Biffy Clyro: Scottish rock trio famous for their energetic live shows and anthemic songs like Many of Horror and Mountains.

• The Warning: Mexican hard rock band composed of three sisters, gaining recognition for their powerful performances and original songs like CHOKE and EVOLVE.

• Circa Waves: British indie rock band bringing catchy, high-energy tunes like T-Shirt Weather and Movies to the festival.

Since its establishment in 1995, Rock for People has evolved from a small-scale event to a major festival attracting international artists and attendees.
